Mr. Corletta has been a domestic relations and family law practitioner since 1980. He handles cases involving divorce, custody, child support, maintenance (alimony), and property distribution. Mr. Corletta practices in both Divorce Court and Family Court. Prior to his admission to the Bar, he worked as a law clerk for a prominent matrimonial practitioner in Buffalo, New York. After admission, he continued to work for the same practitioner and participated in one of the first major cases under New York’s new “Equitable Distribution” law. In fact, he worked on one of the first cases affected by this law, which has now been the law in New York for over 40 years.
